By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our shipping or related services.

S3 Route provides the following services:

  • Package shipping from the USA to Jamaica

  • Air and ocean freight services

  • Package forwarding

  • Personal shopping assistance

  • Customs support and guidance

  • Delivery and pickup services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments

  • Ensure that all items being shipped comply with customs laws and regulations

  • Pay all applicable fees, including shipping, handling, storage, and customs charges

  • Collect packages within the stated timeframe to avoid storage fees

  • Follow all instructions provided by S3 Route

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipping:

  • Illegal drugs or narcotics

  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Perishable goods (unless approved)

  • Any items restricted by Jamaican or U.S. customs laws

S3 Route reserves the right to refuse or confiscate any prohibited items.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

  • Customers will be notified when packages arrive in Jamaica and are ready for pickup or delivery.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers once the package is handed over to the customer or designated recipient.

Storage Policy

Packages are held free of charge for 3 calendar days after notified for pickup/delivery.

After the free period:

  • Packages not collected after the 3 days of notification may incur storage fees of $50 per day.

  • Packages uncollected after 30 days may be auctioned, donated, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

Shipping Charges & Payments

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and shipping method.

  • All fees must be paid in full before release or delivery of packages.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Additional charges may apply for customs duties, storage, special handling, or delivery services.

Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes imposed by Jamaican authorities.

  • S3 Route is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance.

  • We may assist with customs documentation, but final decisions rest with customs officials.

Liability

S3 Route is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events

  • Loss or damage caused by improper packaging from suppliers

  • Items shipped in violation of customs regulations

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment where applicable and agreed upon.

Personal Shopping Service

  • Customers authorise S3 Route to purchase items on their behalf.

  • Payment must be made in advance before purchases are completed.

  • Service fees may apply depending on the order size and complexity.

  • S3 Route is not responsible for product defects from retailers.

Refunds & Claims

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once a shipment has been processed.

  • Claims for damage or loss must be reported upon delivery or pickup.

  • All claims will be investigated before any compensation is considered.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Customer data is used only for:

  • Processing shipments and delivery

  • Communication and updates

  • Customer support

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law or service providers.
